We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. At your initial complimentary examination, you will be greeted with a smile by our treatment coordinator, Lindsey. She will happily give you a tour of our facilities and then take you to our private exam room. You’ll meet with Dr. Shaun Varghese for an orthodontic examination. Please have your medical history forms filled out before you arrive to streamline the exam process. (Be sure to ask about our remote consultation. That way, even if they can’t be here, mom and dad can see our 3D Aqaurium software, ask questions, and listen to the Varghese team speak about how orthodontic treatment would benefit their child.)

Because we know that your time is valuable, we have set aside time so that we can start your treatment that same day.
For diagnosis, Dr. Varghese may advise to take a panoramic X-ray to visualize your teeth and jaws. Once the initial orthodontic exam notes are entered, and after hearing your expectations, Dr. Varghese will discuss your individualized treatment plan. He will then answer any questions that you may have. Then, Lindsey will walk you through the orthodontic process. She will be able to explain everything from scheduling to finances (including insurance) and payment options. We will provide all of the information that you need to determine which treatment is right for you. Our goal is to make sure that all of your questions and concerns have been addressed.
